Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — COD is available pan-India, including most tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Each COD order is verified via a quick call or SMS before dispatch to prevent fake orders.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Metro pincodes typically receive delivery in 2–3 business days, tier-2 in 3–6 business days.

What's your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal-care and intimate-use items (sweat belts, postpartum belts, beauty bars, and similar) are non-returnable. Damaged or wrong items are always covered. Get in touch via our Contact page — we can often arrange shipping for non-listed pincodes via Speed Post, usually for a small extra fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. We deliver pan-India with no advance payment required. Online payment options will be added soon.

We test every beauty SKU on Indian skin types for at least 90 days. Full ingredient lists are on each product page — if you have a known allergy, message us before you order.
